A mostly Baroque group with a random number of players, from two to five, depending on what we feel like playing.
Our group includes players of harpsichord, viola da gamba, recorders, hammered dulcimer, mandolin, harp, bodhran, and violin.
Our focus is Baroque music, but we also play familiar favorites for events such as garden parties, gallery openings, and other events. We have recently added a selection of medieval and renaissance music to our repertoire.
We have an educational program about Baroque practices for schools. Our instruments are all faithful reproductions of instruments from the Baroque period.
We are available in the Sacramento-Foothill-Tahoe area.
